Hello FL-IX Members,
On Friday, 20 September 2019, between 10am and 2pm, we will change the
portal, at https://my.fl-ix.net , from IXP Manager v3 to v5. We will also
change the two route servers to new virtual machines, fed by the new IXP
Manager.
All user data and statistics have been migrated, and you can expect to
access the portal substantially as you do today.
If you peer with the route servers, you should expect the sessions to each
to drop and recover, one a a time, during the window.
Because each route server carriers the same routes, there will be no
disruption of route server functionality, and no disruption to the IX
fabric is expected. We ask that you please do not disable any sessions
ahead of the maintenance.
A notification will be sent when the maintenance is completed.
