Carlos and Faisal, Thank you both for the report. I'm happy to report that peer-to-peer graphs are again working and no data was lost. I regret that I wasn't able to get this recovered more quickly, but the cause was extremely obscure -- a font configuration file that was lost during an OS upgrade attempt -- and the graph generation code lacks any meaningful debugging options, so it required a fair amount of digging to identify and correct. FL-IX route server and portal maintenance, 6 Feb 2019

Hi FL-IX Members, On Wednesday, 6 February 2018, between 7am and 11am Eastern time, we will be upgrading the OS on both route servers, one at a time. As every member currently connected has sessions to both route servers, there will be no loss in forwarding and no action is required on your part. You'll notice sessions to each route server drop and recover during the maintenance. Additionally, between 4pm and 9pm Eastern time, the member portal ( https://my.fl-ix.net ) will be unavailable due to maintenance. Please all peers be advised if you peer with AS23089 we are increasing our prefix count in exchanges and will need the limits raised to 2500/2500 if set any lower than this. Please verify and check your configurations and also if you have any other common peering locations change those as well for AS23089. We will be making the changes before end of 2018.
