[FL-IX] Elimination of NRC on 400G ports

Greetings FL-IX members, I’m pleased to announce that the Community IX Board of Directors have voted to eliminate the $10,000 NRC on 400G ports effective immediately at FL-IX. 400G ports, where available, are $12,500 per year, billed annually, with a 2-year term.
