[FL-IX] Troubleshooting Netflix port on FL-IX

FL-IX members,

Ryan here from Netflix, AS2906.

We're troubleshooting a flapping link to FL-IX.
I've admin'd the BGP sessions down while we troubleshoot.

   ip address 206.41.108.10/24
   ipv6 address 2001:504:40:108::1:10/64
