We occasionally receive reports from members who observe incrementing "giants" errors on their FL-IX ports.  This is caused by members sending jumbo frames on the IX LAN.

As a reminder, the MTU on the FL-IX LAN is 1500 bytes; jumbo frames are not supported.

Please ensure that your FL-IX-facing layer 3 interface or interfaces have an IP MTU of 1500.
