FL-IX will be undertaking service-impacting maintenance beginning on Thursday, 6 July 2017 at 12:01 am local (Eastern) time. The outage is expected to last approximately four hours.

No action is necessary on your side.

During this time, we'll be upgrading network hardware at the Equinix (formerly Verizon) site at 50 NE 9th St in Miami and also upgrading the backhaul to the zColo Miami site.

Forwarding will stop and ports may come down, possibly multiple times, during the maintenance,

This is the first of two phases of an upgrade to support 100G member ports at this site. The second will be scheduled at a future date.
