Amazon (AS16509) problem in FL-IX
Hello all, I have already contacted Amazon on the contact they have on peering db about the issue, but I have received no response so I though I should send the problem here as well. After FL-IX incident earlier, our peerings with Amazon are down in FL-IX and they cannot be reached on the FL-IX LAN. Traffic from Amazon reaches our network via a limited capacity transit currently and causes congestion and quality issues. Is anyone from Amazon available here? Yes, our peering with Amazon is also down... it appears as if they have shut their port down from their side. (no ip/icmp/arp) ...
I believe we all, off load quiet a bit of traffic to them, as such would love to see this resolved.
