[FL-IX] Community IX - 2018 Elections

CIX Members,

The current Board of Directors terms expire on May 7th, 2018. As such, we
are soliciting candidates for the board. We are a mostly non-operational
board, with day to day operations handled by the Technical Committee. More

Candidate declarations will be open until April 6, 2018 and elections will
open on April 10th and conclude on April 13th.
