[FL-IX] IXP Manager maintenance

Hi all,

Starting at 18:00 EST Saturday, January 8, 2022, we will be performing
routine maintenance on the FL-IX IXP Manager (https://my.fl-ix.net).

IXP Manager will be upgraded to the latest version.  This should have no
effect on traffic, but members will not be able to log in until the
upgrades are completed, which will take approximately three hours.

The maintenance window is expected to close at 21:00 EST.

In the event that you experience any issues after the maintenance window,
please do not hesitate to contact us at noc at fl-ix.net.
