We are looking into this further to see how this can be mitigated in the future and will have updates once we have a solution available. What we are receiving from the member routers on these downed sessions is “Received: Malformed attribute list”. A common thread appears to be that all the downed sessions are from Juniper routers. We’re still verifying this, but that seems to be the pattern thus far. Once I have some more information, I will update the mailing list.
