The upgrade may take up to 3 hours to complete. During this time, you will see rs01.ipv4 and rs01.ipv6 drop sessions and return. Once we confirm that rs01 sessions have returned and are stable, we will then proceed with upgrading rs02 and you will see sessions from rs02-ipv4 and rs02-ipv6 drop and then return.
