[Time-Sensitive] TikTok USDS JV ASN Transition to AS11983

Dear Trusted Peering Partner, As part of our US network ASN migration, we are transitioning from *AS396986* to *AS11983.* To complete the migration for our bilateral BGP sessions at our common Internet Exchange locations, the only change required on your side is to update the configured remote AS from AS396986 to AS11983. This change must be completed on your end no later than *September 30th, 2026*. Failure to do so will result in a loss of connectivity to TikTok content over the Internet Exchange. Once updated, the sessions will briefly reset and automatically re-establish with AS11983. Our peering IP addresses and all other session parameters will remain unchanged.
